A split lead roll and rotting timber on a bay window, replaced with a new deck and a black GRP roof.
The lead on this bay roof had cracked along the roll, letting water into the timber underneath, which had started to rot.
We stripped it all off, built a new deck and fitted a black GRP roof with new trims, finished neatly against the cladding above.
