A small leak can do a lot of damage before it shows inside. We find where the water is getting in and fix the cause, whether that’s a slipped tile, a cracked slate, a worn valley or failed flashing.

Wind, frost and rusted fixings let tiles slip or crack, leaving a gap for the rain. We replace them and fix them back.
The capping along the top. When the mortar under them crumbles they work loose, and water gets in beneath.
Where two slopes meet, the rain from both runs down one channel. A worn or blocked valley is a common cause of leaks.
The lead that seals the roof to a chimney or wall. When it lifts or splits, water runs in behind it.
The edges of the roof at the gable ends. Loose mortar or edge tiles here let wind-driven rain in.
